Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the Philippines.
At this time, we do not ship outside the Philippines.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible via:

This will ensure we can cancel your order before it is shipped out.

Damaged Packages

We take every step to ensure products are shipped without damage, but we understand that issues may occur during delivery.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with Proof of Damage, through:

We will arrange a replacement.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active once our delivery partner updates their system.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once Storm Time Network Information Commercial hands over your package to our delivery partner, the responsibility for the package lies with the courier.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery.
If you encounter such an issue, please contact the delivery partner directly. We can assist by filing a claim on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you have received a delivery notification but did not receive your package, please wait up to 24 hours as sometimes deliveries may be marked early. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please reach out to us.
